2006 Conference Calls

State partners requested ongoing discussion throughout the year. Two conference calls were held with state partners in 2006, one to discuss whether the OSHA-10 course is appropriate for young workers, and another to share models for institutionalizing young worker training at the state level.

2005 December

The YWSRC (Young Worker Safety Resource Center) has been working actively with 14 states to provide training materials and technical assistance on young worker health and safety.  State partners were convened in December 2005 to discuss how they are reaching youth with information on occupational safety and health.

Contact Diane Bush or Chris Miara if you are interested in participating in future calls.
